Do you offer any warranty on your service?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all our service work. If the same issue recurs within that period, we’ll come back to fix it at no additional charge.
What if my device needs a part replacement?
We don't typically carry replacement parts for media players as many are sealed units. If a hardware fault is identified, we'll advise on repair options or suggest suitable replacements, but the service cost covers diagnosis only.
